Requirements
A question we get asked frequently is, “Do we require Insurance when hiring a marquee?”

Our per our Terms & Conditions, "The risk of loss, theft, damage or destruction of the Equipment becomes yours after Delivery. The Equipment shall remain at your sole risk during the Hire Period and any further period of time during which the Equipment is in your possession (“Risk Period”) until such time as the Equipment is recovered by us.
An optional Damage Waiver Fee is added to your Order at 5% of the net total.
The Damage Waiver Fee covers the following:
• Any accidental damage to Equipment whilst in your possession (client will remain responsible for the first £1,000 of any loss, and for any loss or damage resulting from their negligence or legal liability);
• These Terms and Conditions must be signed in order for the Damage Waiver Fee to be applicable, else You are liable for insurance cover.
• All Equipment hired out to you from us e.g. Marquees, Lighting, Furniture, Generators, Dance Floor, Mobile Toilets etc • Public Liability £5m 6.5 The Damage Waiver Fee does not cover the following:
• Malicious or deliberate damage or that which, in our opinion, has been caused by carelessness or improper use.
• Cancellation of the Event.
• Failure of Equipment and suppliers not supplied through us.
• Loss or theft from any unattended Equipment.​
If you do not take out the Damage Waiver Fee, you will be responsible for any and all of the types of damage and/or loss shown above and will be required to give us evidence that you have taken out the correct comprehensive insurance to include loss or damage to a hired marquee insured up to £100,000
