Requirements

A question we get asked frequently is, “Do we require Insurance when hiring a marquee?” – The simple answer is yes.

Our Terms & Conditions state that, “The risk of loss, theft, damage or destruction of the Equipment becomes the client's after Delivery. The Equipment shall remain at your sole risk during the Hire Period and any further period of time during which the Equipment is in your possession (“Risk Period”) until such time as the Equipment is recovered by us.

To assist you in obtaining insurance, specialist Marquee Insurers, Covermarque Ltd are available to help. This is a really simple process. You can fill out a form through clicking the Covermarque logo, quoting the total value of the equipment you are hiring. This value will be provided by us and represents  the actual replacement value of the equipment that you are hiring, including furnishings, toilets, generators etc. Covermarque will then contact you and provide you with a quotation.

DJ Marquees can assure you that if your event has to be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances; then we simply roll over your deposit to a revised date. This is what we have done for any of our clients whose events were sadly unable to go ahead.
