The Process
ENQUIRY
Following your enquiry, we will can create a unique marquee package tailored to your needs. Additionally, we'll provide you with detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings based on the package we've designed for you. Let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to include.
SITE VISIT
If you're happy with our package(s), we can then organise a visit to your marquee site/venue to discuss your requirements and to check the desired location of the marquee. Sometimes, we may need to conduct a site survey first so we can give you an accurate quote. Let us know what works best for you!
DESIGN
Following the site visit, if there's anything you'd like to add or remove from your marquee package, no worries! We'll take care of it by providing you with updated quotations. Just let us know what changes you'd like, and we'll make sure everything is tailored exactly to your preferences.
BOOKING
If your happy and you're ready to move forward with DJ Marquees, we'll send you our Terms & Conditions. We kindly ask you to sign them and send them back, along with a 30% deposit contribution. This will secure your booking with us.
MANAGE
We completely appreciate that you might have some questions and require changes to your customised marquee package.
Once you've booked with us, feel free to make any adjustments. Whether you need to adjust the marquee size, require extra lighting, furniture, or specific canvas needs, we've got you covered. Just let us know, and we'll make it happen!
BUILD
We want to make things as easy as possible for you. Just let us know a day that works for you, and we'll take care of setting up and taking down the marquee. Our director, Chrissie, will be there overseeing the whole process. Plus, we've got a wonderful team who are experienced, friendly, and always polite. Looking forward to helping you with your event!
